I received today a letter claiming that I pay a tax called "Taxe regionale a charge des chefs de menage". or "Taxe de Menages 2011". It is 89 eur.
Is this a new tax?

But, when i check the classified section it displays adverts only from the past.
I've often seen messages here about how Pele Mele pays "peanuts" or "very little" for English language paperbacks, and Nijinski pays a bit better.
