In Belgium there is a 13th month around Christmas, and also a bonus-month in the summer. So you have a total of 13.9 salaries a year, or 15% on top of regular salary.
I have just finished an employemnt contract. Are there some rules for when accumulated holiday pay and bonuses (like 13th month) should be payed?
