I am looking at a contract that calls for 35 hours/week. My understanding is that under Belgian law, a minimum of 36 hrs/week is considered full-time.
I was living in Belgium a few months ago but landed up moving back to England as I needed to study as I want to work with special needs.
Today is 10th January and I have not received my salary for December last year.
I see a lot of opening for external consultants at the Institutions from IT companies (IT).
When you resign from your job do you need to send notice by registered mail, or is a signature from your employer that they have received the letter good enough ?

When does a Bank Holiday (in Belgium) that falls on a weekend or that you have worked need to be recouped by. Is it that quarter or is it the end of the year?
