I'm looking for a quite place to practice driving (parking, driving backwards, etc.). I need a large (and deserted) parking lot or smth similar.
I left my car with blue disc indicating the time of arrival at a disc zone. The parking attendant issued me a ticket indicating that disc is not valid.

1. Is it possible to park & ride from there and leave the car there (safely) all day?
2. Is there a cost to park there?
I have noticed that soon a substantial part of the Brussels inner ring will be closed down for a substantial time.
