Dear all, in my rent contract it is stated that I can move out within 1 month notification. I did notify my landlord April 3 and want to move out May 31.
Does PoA should be registerd by a notary in Belgium?
For example I want to athorised my friend to receive a rent payment from my tenants, but the contract is on my name as I am the owner?
So since we moved in we have had serious issues with out landlord making trouble for us.

Hope everyone is well, i have a question concerning apartment rental contracts, I am an apartment owner who may have found someone to rent out my spare bedroom.
I am selling an apartment in B1000.
Am I right in thinking that the buyers pays all the Notaire fees? Both mine and there's?
Or will my Notaire charge me a fee also?
I am selling my apartment and therefore will use the capital to pay off my mortgage early.
The loan is with Belfius.
Anyone know what the fee/ penalty will be?
