We are currently living in Brussels but looking to buy a house in Flanders. Should we find notaris in Brussels or in Flanders? Does it matter where the notaris is located?
I have a 3-6-9 standard rent contract (started with 2 years, then extended to 3-6-9).
I am considering an offer to move to Brussels to take up a job starting from June.
