Which organisations are the biggest Employers of Xpats/Internationals/Non Belgians in Brussels?

Example:
If I send money abroad, what are roughly the limits for what I can send without beeing reported to Belgian authorities? (If I want privacy, or have something to hide :-).
I am a UK Citizen now resident in Brussels, my girlfriend is Russian.
She has been living and working in Sweden and holds a Swedish issued schengen work visa which expires shortly.
Does anyone know if there is a comparison site for Belgian financial products where you can compare mortgages / loan / savings accounts etc that are available in this part of the world?
Would anyone know where in Belgium i might be able to get name tags made - the usual ones with the kid's name written on them for school clothe etc.

Does anyone know what happened this afternoon around Schuman? At about 2:20pm all the power in the whole area went off. There was smoke coming out of the Metro system vents.
