Anyone trying to give away or sell a small dog to a good home? My family is looking for a pet. We'd love a small to medium breed that is 2-3 years old.

A friend of mine would love to have a house pet, but travelling a lot prevents him from doing this.
I've recently moved to Brussels with my dog and am curious if it is necessary to register pets with the Commune?
Any recommendations for a dog friendly beach on the coast -- away from the built up areas but with close parking
(Note - will be on a lead at all times and I do pick up any dog mess!)
