I have an iPhone with which I:
- Make a lot of international calls to outside the EU
- Use quite a bit of data
- And the most costly... do a lot of roaming (for data and calls).
I have a collection of 144 monthly edition of the National Geogrpahic Magazine - in English - from 1957 to 1968, bound in 24 volumes.
Being new in Brussels, I wanted to understand why some communes are dirtier than others.
I received a mail for the previous tenant -whose present address I know-, can I just write the new address on the envelope and mail it -or an extra stamp is needed?
