Uccle/Ixelles - If you would like a stronger and toned body, strengthening and firming up all muscle groups, increasing flexibility, and gaining a straighter posture, while burning calories, contact me to try out either Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates. Suitable for all fitness levels, all ages and for both men and women. Classes never include more than two persons. Bookings can be made anytime during the week, evenings and weekends at the studio or privately at your home.
