TRADITIONAL BURNS SUPPER
Saturday, 25th January 2019, starting at 19.15
St. Andrew’s Church, Chee de Vleurgat 181, 1050 Ixelles
After pre-dinner drinks, accompanied by the sound of songs written by Robert Burns, guests will be piped downstairs for the supper. The menu will feature Scotch broth, haggis (from MacSweens of Edinburgh), neeps & tatties, followed by a desert of delicious Scottish trifle.
The Auld Alliance will be reflected in the fine wines on sale at the bar.
The evening will feature all the entertainment associated with a traditional Burns Supper in Scotland: speeches of wit and intellect and a selection of Burns’ songs and poems to make you smile or tug at your heartstrings. The performers are kindly giving their time and talents for a very good cause.
Proceeds will go to charity projects in Brussels and in Africa.
