I applied for Belgian nationality but I have moved to another commune would this affect my application?
If you received confirmation that the process had started and been submitted, it shouldn’t.
I'm sure that you move makes no difference but you should ask at your new commune.
You cannot take the risk that your application has gone astray because you didn't notify someone about the move.
Since you will be notifying your new commune of your new address, it would be opportune to mention that you have a declaration of Belgian nationality going through the process. It wouldn't be a bad idea to mention it to the police when they do their control, either,
